The Lompoc Business Women’s Network is a mutual support group of professional business women dedicated to building their own and each other’s business through networking.

Networking as a business development tool is one of the most effective business market trends in the country. 

LBWN is a non-political and non-denominational group open to any professional woman who wants to actively network with other business women in an atmosphere of support, openness and trust. 

We believe that friendly competition is healthy; that givers gain and through mutual support and a spirit of teamwork we can all improve our businesses, our lives and our community.
